Michael is focused on financial analytics and capital raising. He is responsible for underwriting and determining the financial feasibility of all new investments. He works directly with lenders, equity and joint venture partners to procure the necessary funds to ensure the completion of urban multifamily projects.
Evan brings an extensive skill set focused on identifying and executing mixed-use multifamily developments in urban settings. Evan’s primary responsibility is the sourcing and oversight of new multifamily opportunities. He works with architects, general contractors, city officials and retail tenants to bring projects to fruition.
Adam has successfully developed and overseen Scenic’s franchised Planet Fitness facilities in the Colorado and California markets. As a Founder of Scenic Investments, Adam specializes in market analysis, operations and investor relations.
